At OverSlapWords, your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how we handle your data when you use our word puzzle application available on Google Play.

Minimum age requirement

OverSlapWords is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data stored locally on your device

OverSlapWords does not require an account or registration. All data is stored exclusively on your device and is never sent to external servers.

• Status of the “Remove Ads” purchase

Third-party services

The application integrates the following external services, which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — Displays ads inside the application. May collect device identifiers, usage data, and ad interaction information to personalize advertising. Ads can be removed via the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase.

Advertising and consent

The application displays ads through Google AdMob. In regions where required by law (e.g., the European Economic Area), your consent will be requested before showing personalized ads.

You can change your consent preferences at any time from Menu → Privacy → Privacy options within the app.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly necessary for the operation of the services described in this policy (AdMob, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat).

We do not use data for any purpose other than operating and improving the application.

Security

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, its security largely depends on the security of your own device. We recommend keeping your operating system and the application up to date.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.

Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
